The current fast-moving world has caused many changes in our daily
life. These rapid changes have impacted the industry sector such as the
increased expectation of consumers in product variability and quality.
Therefore, the manufacturers have to diversify and upgrade their products as to
fulfill the market demand. The fast changes in product model may have caused
employees at all levels unable to adapt such condition, which can potentially
attribute to work stress and drop in performance. The efficiency and
effectiveness of a manager or supervisor to handle the daily work of the
production is essential to ensure that the factory is operated at minimum cost
and profitable.

The purpose of this program is to focus the role and skill of the
leaders and thus develop the efficiency and effectiveness of their works.

based on the approach of human behavior to inspire supervisor’s potential so
